Sentwe Civil Engineering Services LTD was started in 2013 after a legal Certificate of Incorporation.
The Board of directors sat and designed the system of administration.Here below is the administration chart:

Before the formulation of the above system,we were employed in diferent firms like Kamu kamu building Construction company(black man's company) in the construction of flat structure building in Jinja town in 1992-93,Pihl-KL Contractor(Denmark)in the project of switchyard and transmission lines from Jinja to Kampala in Uganda 1997-98,Impregil-/Salini.Joint venture(Itanian company) during the construction of Nalubale extension dam 250 megawatts 1998-2000 and Bujagali dam 2007-2010 in Jinja,Spencon Construction Services(Idian company)in the renovation remedial works of the old Nalubale dam 2001-2002 in Jinja,Excel Construction (Indian Company) in the construction of eastern water tanks i,e Kayunga,Kamuli,Buwenge and Palisa under a Cowi consultancy firm in 2002-2003,Dott Service LTD(Indian company) in the contruction of Wambabya dam 3x3 megawatts in Hoima district;currently the dam is powering the fields of Oil extraction in Kaiso and Tonya sources,KCC Jinja road construction project under Kaaga and partner consultancy firm special for supervision and designs in 2010-2013,construction of kawempe Luwero tarmac road contructed by Uricon situated at Kololo in 2008-2010..

Currently we are employees of Amugoli General Enterprises LTD(black man's company) in the construction of Hoima central market under a consultancy firm MBWS 2010-2013 and construction of Uganda Technical College(UTC) in Buwalasi Mbale district 2013-2015 under the consultancy of Archi-forum.

2008	2008	Dott Service: Project: Construction of a 3 X 3 Mega Watts project dam on River Wambabya fall. It was done purposely to extract fuel from Kaiso and Tonya (and nearby towns like Buseruka, Kigolobya, Mbaraara) to Hoima and Masindi district.
2007	2008	Contractor: Salini Construction Bujagali HPP Position: Foreman, Carpenter and Concrete in-Charge. Project: Construction of New Dam of 500 Mega Watts Duties: i. Organizing and preparation of concrete cast ii. Cleaning and chipping casted concrete in order to bond the next. iii. Supervision of carpentry section to apply on formworks. iv. Striking off formworks. v. Preparation of daily attendance. vi. Preparation of far grout fills and finishes. vii. Application of Sika on floors, Insitu cast and finishes immediately.
2004	2006	Contractor: Sherey International (U) Ltd. Position: Site Engineer. Project: i. Building residential and lodge at Nalufenya behind Police Station, near the Source of the River Nile (A three storied floor structure). ii. Construction of a one floor Commercial Building for Professor David Bakibinga at Bugembe Town Council, where Centenary Bank and water office is situated.
2003	2003	Contractor: Multiple Development Scheme Project – Busoga Diocese. Position: Site Supervisor / Engineer. Project: Water in Rural Development Sector Services all over the Country (Uganda).
2002	2003	Dott Services Ltd. Project: Kibingo PTC College Mbarara (being controlled by the Principal Rwamafa Javin). Duties: i. Construction of a Boy’s hostel block, 3 classroom block, and Principal’s house as a sub contract – labour basis. ii. Worked at Nakasongola district from Barracks to town. Mainly concentrated on a five stand post station for supplying water.
2001	2001	Excel Construction Company Limited. Position: Site Supervisor under my controller Engineer Wuni. Duties: Worked with Excel Construction Company Limited on Eastern Water Project under the consultant firm called COWL. The project started on 6^th May 2001 to 27^th July 2001. The site stipulated: i. Kayunga Water Tank (1.5 X 1.5 X 1.5) m base stand including fencing and gate. ii. Ndeeba - Bukoloto Water Tank (1.5 X 1.5 X 1.5) m base stand including fencing and gate. iii. Kamuli Water Tank (1.75 X 1.75 X 1.75) m base stand and two water source stations with fence and gates. iv. Palisa Water Tank (1.75 X 1.75 X 1.75) m base stand and gate were installed at the hospital compound area. v. Finalized with Buwenge Water Tank being erected on draft reinforced wall as its stand at Buwera hill village suburb of Buwenge Town. Two water sources stations were made by putting fencing and gates to its surroundings.
2000	2001	Spencon Services Limited Position: Supervisor on Remedial Works on Old Nalubale Dam Duties: i. Supporting with reinforced semi dry concrete down at the falls gate terrace and removing out old pavers to replace with the new, for the walk way sides along the crossing bridge. ii. All the works was controlled by the Project Manager called Eng. Bimma (Spencon Company).
1997	2000	Contractor: Imprigilo / Salini joint venture. Position: Supervisor / Foreman Project: Construction Of Extension Power Dam (Nalubale) 250 Mega Watts Duties: i. Supervised quality of cement to be put in and monitored quality on site. And this included quality control concrete, proper placement of embedded parts formwork and steel. ii. Supervised the placing of concrete (Insitu cast) in a clean supervised area. iii. Grouting: Curtin grouting of classified material to bonding the embankments abutments i.e. to prevent penetration of water passage between rocks and concrete and also concrete layer and consolidated grouting to seal off the possible cracks. iv. Supervision of good concrete bathing (with a good work, able to ensure specified quality of concrete and checking qualities of proper water : cement ratio together with cement aggregates ratio and additives i.e. (Sika), together with ice proper proportioning of materials in a mixer plant. v. Taking care of clean materials to be used i.e. good water fit for drinking, washing and sand to remove out silt and bad soil in it as well as ensuring that aggregate is at a dense weight according to the type of work carried forward. vi. In the matter of the contractors on site testing reviewing of the test procedures.
